Terms & Conditions

All products must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped to the customer. A 50% deposit is required on custom ordered products that are to be installed by Blind Distributors. The balance is due upon installation or when ready if installation is delayed by the client. Progress payments may be required when delays are encountered.


Privacy Policy

Blinds USA dba Blind Distributors and Blind Doctors Las Vegas,  does not sell or share your information with any other person or entity. We do not sell customer information and we will keep you information confidential.


Return Policy


Blind parts can be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing that they are in new condition with no signs of damage or installation. You can exchange the part or return for refund minus s & h. After 30 days a 25% restocking charge will apply.


There are no returns on cut to size products such as string, chain, etc.


There are no returns on electrical items such as motors, battery tubes or remote controls.


Custom ordered products such as blinds, shades and shutters are custom made to your measurements can only be returned for warranty repair.  As the specifier you are responsible for the correctness of the order and suitability of the product for the project.


Blind USA guarantees that all work such as repairs and installation shall be in accordance with industry standards. A 30 day labor warranty is given to the customer on repairs and a 60 day warranty on installation. The repair warranty only covers the specific repair that was performed.


Each manufacturer provides a specific warranty on blinds, shades and shutters and those are from the manufacturer and not from Blind Distributors.


Factory warranties do not cover labor required to take down the product or reinstall. This has to be paid for by the owner of the product.
